Fabrication
RPM Industries, is a manufacturer and supplier of fabricated components, specializing in Industrial and Commercial applications. We offer CNC Machining, Punching, Drilling, Notching, Cutting, and Bonding. Materials include Plastic, Rubber, Aluminum, Steel and other metal materials.
RPM Industries continually seeks out more innovative and cost efficient processes to transform materials with greater precision and accuracy. Our highly trained professional staff will transform your material into product. Through advanced technology and computer aided machinery we are able to provide improved performance and lower wastage of materials. Our various methods of fabrication and materials allow us to use the most suitable process for any job application.
Choices for material selection and process method depend on a number of factors including product end purpose, tolerances required, appearance requirements, and of course budget.
It is important to communicate with clear drawings containing dimensions and tolerances when designing and submitting your parts for quoting. Be specific with material and material finishes. RPM Industries offers sanding, shaking, tumble and vibratory deburring to remove unwanted tool marks or sharp edges. We will commonly break sharp edges on parts and holes will be lightly chamfered and edge deburred. If you do not want your parts deburred, be sure to specify no deburring.
Knowing how a part is used and in some cases having the mating parts can help tremendously when selecting a process for fabricating.
RPM Industries offers assistance in material selection and engineering. When possible use solid modeling to create complex part designs. We program directly off 3D model designs on many complex parts. Having 3D modeling (such as STEP, IGES, Solidworks, Pro Engineer or Inventor) can save a lot of time since we don’t have to recreate the model ourselves from a 2D model.
RPM Industries commonly machines aluminum, steel, plastic, rubber, copper, and brass components. RPM Industries offers complete welding capabilities.
